These case studies, have been collected by Standards Professional Services (SPS), a division of Standards Australia International. SPS has been proactive in encouraging the adoption of knowledge management practices in Australia, including the development of a Knowledge Management Framework that is being used as the basis for an Australian Standard on Knowledge Management.
