This Handbook presents a logical, eight-step program for introducing Total Quality Management (TQM), and suggests a range of attribute-based criteria by which organizations can objectively measure the progress and effectiveness of their TQM implementation. Whilst valuable for any organization contemplating a TQM system, it specifically addresses the challenges faced by those organizations currently operating an established quality assurance system based on the AS 3900.1/NZS 9000.1/ISO 9000 Standards.
