AS/NZS ISO/IEC 25020:2022 identically adopts ISO/IEC 25020:2019, which provides a framework for developing quality measurement. It covers the quality measurement reference model and relationships among different types of quality measures. It also gives guidelines for selecting quality measures, constructing quality measures, planning and performing measurements, and the application of measurement results.
