Household and similar electrical appliances – Safety, Part 2.58: Particular requirements for commercial electric dishwashing machines
AS/NZS 60335.2.58:2018 deals with the safety of electrically operated dishwashing machines for washing plates, dishes, glassware, cutlery and similar articles, with or without means for water heating or drying, not intended for household use, their rated voltage being not more than 250 V for single-phase appliances connected between one phase and neutral and 480 V for other appliances. This Standard will supersede AS/NZS 60335.2.58:2015 three years from the date of publication (i.e. on 30 November 2021). During this period AS/NZS 60335.2.58:2015 will also remain current. Regulatory authorities that reference this Standard in regulation may apply these requirements at a different time. Users of this Standard should consult with these authorities to confirm their requirements.
