This specification applies to flexivle unsupported calendered PVC film in the nominal thickness range 0.004 to 0.0095 inch inclusive. Provision is made for four standard types as follows: – Type 1 – general purpose unprinted single or laminated PVC film with plain or embossed surface; type 2 – PVC film of Type 1, printed; type 1F – flame-retardant unprinted single or laminated PVC film with plain or embossed surface; and Type 2F – PVC film of Type 1F, printed.
