Describes requirements and actions for the safe storage and handling of corrosive substances, i.e. those which have been allocated a UN Class 8 labelling requirement associated with either the primary or subsidiary risk. Relevant health, safety, emergency management and waste disposal matters are dealt with in an appendix. A listing of Class 8 substances which present a subsidiary risk is included.
