Sets out minimum requirements for the provision of off-street parking facilities in surface areas and structures for motor cars including other light vehicles and motorcycles. It is intended for those designers involved in the design of off-street parking facilities in terms of the characteristics and location of vehicle access to and from the road network, the site of parking spaces and aisles, service areas and access ramps.
