Gives general requirements for design and construction. It applies to vehicles which are specifically designed and constructed as road tankers, and to any conventional truck which may be provided with a transportable tank and may be used as a tanker, for the transport and delivery of dangerous goods. It specifies those requirements which apply to any tanker irrespective of cargo.
