Sets out requirements for the regular maintenance, including inspection and testing procedures, of the fire hydrant installations designed and installed in accordance with AS 2419. Maintenance procedures are given for five levels of service – weekly, quarterly, yearly, three-yearly, and six-yearly. Appendices set out a checklist of the maintenance procedures, and the formats required for logbook reports and hydrant test records.
