Size coding scheme for cooking utensils

Covers metric sizes of cooking utensils, in two parts. Part 1 deals with items such as cake and pastry utensils, which are size coded according to diameter or length of pan in centimetres; this Part also indicates the other recommended dimensions, the present equivalent designation, and inch dimensions in use. Part 2 deals with items such as saucepans and casserole dishes (but including kettles and teapots), and gives the preferred metric capacities (in millilitres or litres); it also lists capacities in use.
